Products returned to us without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) are not accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.

After all of the above are complete, and we receive your products . . .
(1) we will promptly send you a replacement, or
(2) we will promptly issue your refund - your choice.
***** Placing an order on our web site signifies that you have read and agree to the following return conditions and you authorize your credit card company to honor the following
conditions:
Products may be returned within 30 days of your order ship date by Prepaid
freight or postage.
In order to return any item or if you receive a defective
item, you must call us at 888.217.4449 to obtain a Return Authorization number. If you do not obtain a return authorization number you authorize your credit card company to deny any
"CHARGE BACK" due to an item being defective, incorrect or if you want to return an item that is over 30 days old.
Do not remove warranty sticker or returns are not possible.
Returns must still be in brand new condition and have all
the packaging and original contents included. This includes
attachments, bags and warranty cards.
No credit will be given for items returned after 30 days or
not in NEW SALEABLE condition with all packing material included.
If you refuse your order, you will be charged shipping and
a 15% restocking fee.
If more than one item is ordered and the items must be packaged
separately, there will be a $5 charge added to your bill.
Shipping and handling will not be
refunded unless we shipped an incorrect item or an error
was made on our part.
You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns
including defective items, and damaged items.
We will pay for the shipping back to you on a replacement for a defective
item.
Please include a copy of your invoice and indicate the reason
for your return. Returns can not be processed without documentation
including order number, address, credit card number, expiration
date and reason for return.
